Heating and cooling systems have a way of breaking down when the weather is at its worst; on the coldest day of a frigid winter, or during a sizzling summer heat wave; times when your comfort system must work the hardest, and when you need it most.
Regular check-ups will help to maximize the life expectancy of your system; unfortunately, even the best maintenance won't prevent normal wear and tear.
AirMaxx Mechanical will provide you with the proper maintenance twice a year to help prevent breakdowns and keep your home running in peak efficiency.
Your investment in our maintenance agreement includes, but is not limited to:

This maintenance program ensures you will be a priority customer. This entitles you to a 10% discount. We want to help keep your home clean, safe, and efficient.
Air Conditioning
- Clean evaporator & condenser coils annually.
- Clear out condensate drain lines and install algae prevention tablets in drain pans.
- Check all refrigerant pressures and temperatures.
- Tighten all electrical connections and measure voltage and current on motors.
- Lubricate all moving parts.
- Replace all belts if applicable.
- Test and verify operation of all components.
Heating
- Tighten all electrical connections and measure voltage and current on motors.
- Lubricate all moving parts.
Heat Pump
- Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures
- Verify operation and amp draw of auxiliary heaters
- Test defrost cycle
- Test system for proper operation
Gas Heat
- Clean furnace and burners
- Light pilot if needed
- Verify proper gas pressures
- Test system for proper operation
Oil Heat
- Replace oil nozzle and filter
- Clean chamber and burner if applicable
- Test system for proper operation
